Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below actually i feel mutch better now, on my 5th day. I feel that ihave lots of energy. I have lost about 3kg's (about 6.6 lbs) i think. But im worried to loose strength. I train for strength, and im really scared to loose strength. It feels realy sick to eat bacon and mayo all day. But i'l se what happends.
