CKD. Anyone still do this diet?

I put on more fat than I should've this summer/fall. I am going to go on cycle pretty soon here, and my goal is strength increase and fat loss. Did CKD a few years back while on cycle and had amazing results.

Thoughts on CKD? While on cycle?

On cycle is irrelevant. It's whether you're trying to get fat or trying to pack on muscle? Now that's the question.

Just read a little more....while on cycle you want to lean up and gain strength. CKD accomplishes both of these while on cycle! MONEY!
