I agree with the others posts... I would start with the CKD to get the immediate weight losses, then follow with the TKD to ease ur body back into eating carbs again, then slowly build up ur carbs to around 100g a day (thats what I did to ease off it). Easing off the CKD took me about 3 weeks-one month, and now I am good. I lost around 15lbs in around 4 weeks on the CKD, and have only gained back around 1-2 pounds in the time I have been off, but I haven't been as clean eating as before, so I was expecting teh weight regain slightly
