what do ya'll think about a 30 day low to moderate run (200 to 400) of dnp combined with a strick ckd diet plan? would this be a potent, synergistic combination for weight loss or a disaster?

Dunno about the diet combo but if you can hnadle that dnp dose for a month you will melt away fat like you have never seen. I love DNP, big supporter, I have used it multipe times in the past and if I could I would still be using it.

yeah for only 8 pounds i dont think the risks are worth it. i was very intrigued by it and researched it a lot but finally decided that it just isnt worth the risks, especially for only 8 pounds not to mention all the muscle you'll lose running it with a ckd

I would think Zero carbs + DNP would be sheer hell, and fat is supposed to be kept at a minimum during dnp usage, isn't it?

30 days at 400mg DNP? Damn. I guess it could be handled but I really would rather stick to l10 days ramping up. It will be hard to maintain ketosis with all the carb cravings that you'll get but if you can bear it, more power to you.

1. Carb deplete for 3 days prior to DNP because DNP will take a good 2-3 days to deplete the body's glycogen stores before it can efficiently burn stored fat.

2. Once on DNP eat an isocaloric diet (33% prot, 33% fat, 33% carbs) and keep the calories at around maintenance level. Restricting carbs will put the body in a state of hypoglycemia and can be dangerous to the health and also the mental well being. DNP also mimics insulin in that it shuttles glucose into the cells in the absence of glucose. This is great for fat burning, but when carb intake is too low the blood glucose can be at dangerously low levels as well. a more experienced user can switch up this ratio a bit. Either way it won't make a huge difference because it's mostly about the total calorie consumption.

The least effective form of dieting while on a DNP cycle is a fat diet, or ketogenic diet, but the high amounts of fat helps to slow gastric emptying, so you feel more satisfied for a longer period of time

30 days at 400mg, too much for my tastes, but if you can handle it and have a good supplement setup, then I guess it would be good lol... 8 days at 400mg was about the amount I could tolerate, gets to be a hassel waking up with damp/wet sheets every morning.

bad idea. ckd is a high fat/low carb diet.

DNP is to be used with a LOW fat diet.

if you do ckd + DNP you will most likely just get hot as fuck, sweat like crazy, get the dry dehydrated throat and then when its all over not have lost any weight.

there were some older threads that talked about DNP + low fat vs low carb diets. low fat is definitly the way to go on DNP

In Layman's terms: dnp needs carbs to work, CKD has no carbs involved; thus, you would be wasting your time.

You need at least 30% carbs in your diet....

Hey Bro- Being from Nawlinz myself, I know your trouble.. The etouffe' and gumbo pounds are hard ones to get off.. I did DNP (while still living uptown) and it worked great, but you'll need a low fat diet along with carbs.. It's extremely dangerous as you probably know. Youll need to take a shitload of vitamins and supplements while on it. Bring extra shirts to work and remember you can't just turn it off when you're tired of it. You're gonna sweat like a hot day in July, even while you sleep.

My advice: Do the CKD with a cutting cycle and cardio for 6 weeks instead of the DNP. But if you use it, research carefully and know exactley how much you should take. Taking just a little too much, just ONCE can be deadly.

i started this thread for a dude at my gym........my past dnp runs worked best with low fat/clean carbs.....i advised him against combining both; thanks to all ya'll's responses i have some back up.
