Financials had a good day today, but I don't like them yet. I'm sticking with tech. Although getting more and more far-fetched I still see a potential chip rally on the way. 2007 can't get out the door fast enough.

I am accumulating Citibank now. I think they have been oversold. I have never been in a country that did nto have Citibank there - even the smallest places in Africa. They have a much bigger business franchise than this mortgage mess.

They will recover and eventually move up. I just hope I am not getting in too early.
