Cincinatti Officer found NOT GUILTY...

I don't have a link, 'cause I literally just watched in live on FoxNews, but Officer Roach, who shot Tim Thomas back in April, was found NOT GUILTY.

Officer Roach knew of the 14 open warrants the suspect had, and chased him for several minutes through dark alleys. His choice to fire on the suspect was questioned, even though the suspect reached for what was thought to be a gun, since the guy was black, and the officer was white.

Thomas's death sparked three days of moronic rioting by some moronic black peolple.

If you're white, and live in Cincinnatti, watch yo' back!
 
The officer should have been punished... but what kind of minds shit all aver their own room when they get mad?
Meaning... If you don't like where you live... go tear it up and mess it up worse?

Makes no sense to me.
 
I'm happy fot the officer. Many people have no idea about how hard and stressful this job can be. If you'Re chased by a police officer then just stop and take it easy. Otherwise suffer the consequences. This is true for both blacks and whites. No discrimination. An asshole is an asshole.
 
Manny: I agree. There are very few professions that I find myself unable to "judge" or look at with "20/20 hindsight," (the latter phrase was used by the actual Judge in the case, as he read the verdict!). These are 1)police officers, 2)firemen, and 3)soldiers.

I can't, in good conscience, ever attempt to "put myself in their shoes," so to speak.

Anyone else = fair game!
 
What? You mean an officer was found not guilty for doing his job and defending his life against a possible threat?

He should have been found guilty. Any time a police officer (or anyone else for that matter) doesnt cater to the blacks, it is racism. These people act like animals, rioting and destroying there own living space. People rioting should be shot. And on a side note, it is acceptible for blacks to call whites "white boy", "cracker", etc. But dont you refer to them as anything, cause you will be labelled a racist. And remember, if a white commits a crime against a black it is a hate crime, bringing with it a heavy penalty. If a black commits a crime against a white, it is just the norm. Blacks are the most racist people in this country.
 
Sorry guys..but the cop got off--he's guilty..not cuz he is a cop, not cuz the victim was black but cuz the cop is an asshole..

his father is a cop in my college town of Oxford Ohio. the cop went to school and grew up there. I had many friends from work who went to school with him. When this happened last year, all the locals werent suprised. His dad is a bigot cop, well known, and so his the son.

Trust me, ask anybody from Oxford Ohio who grew up with him and they'll tell you that he is in the fault.

I was a cop and if I chased someone into a dark alley or several and I knew he multiple warrants for his arrest and he reached for what I believed to be a gun, I would shoot him too! I am glad he is was found not guilty.

For those who have never been a cop, don't even try to attempt to understand us. You have no clue, and there is no way you can know what it is like and what goes through your mind until you have been a cop and have watched your friends die, been shot at, been in a fight for your life, been in a car chase, etc.

So pleeeze.... don't even try to say he should have been found guilty or put in jail. Asshole or not.

Nice to hear that bro. This job is sometimes a matter of seconds..even less. Its the guy's responsability not to make any suspicious move.
 
Well its my view that if anyone was ever a cop in a big city they have a right to complain that the cop got off..............anyone else should just back off. Being a cop is damn tough especially if you are white in a black neighborhood. The guy shot was human refuse, and he was running from the police. what was he hiding??
 
Good to hear the officer was found not guilty (he didn't "get off") How many times do I have to say this?? If you do what the police officer tells you to do when you do it......... you are not going to get maced, beaten or shot. I hate that we live in a society were we are not held accountable for our own actions

Well put. I would like to add something though. The black community is a hypocrital pile of shit. Half the people rioting probably didnt even no what they were rioting for, the just had an excuse to do it. Black leaders preach tolerance and equality, but they want more and more programs to help blacks and complain when someone doesnt go out of there way for blacks. Last time i checked, that is not equality. And on the police shooting, it was a situational discission. The officer found him self in a situation, and chose to protect himself and preserve his life over that of some random scumbag. It was not a racial shooting. Race wasnt an issue until the black community made it one.

Maybe we should just let them burn down the city. Are we really going to notice if Cincinatti was burned to the ground? I don't think so.
 
The reason shit like this happens is because nothing is done about it. Some rioters may be maced or arrested, big deal. The rest go home with the satisfaction of a new t.v. and knowing they just got to loot and pillage with no ramifications. Rioters should be shot on site. They are fucking parasites of the community and should be wiped out like any other common parasite. The black community is nothing but a fucking gang. On a side note, i am not railing against all black people. I know many upstanding black individuals. It is a shame the majority are racist, uneducated (by their own choice), primitive minded animals who get away with murder. All in the name of equality, right? They are uprising against a system that "oppresses them". Right. If getting to act like an animal and having it justified, getting into colleges because of my skin color where i dont meet the criteria, and having things handed to me because of shit that happened hundreds of years ago is being oppressed, please someone oppress the shit out of me. The slavery argument is a moot point in the justification of these benefits. Take a look at history, every race was a slave at some point in history. I am Irish and Italian. I don't see the English paying my tuition, or the Moors appoligizing for slaughtering thousands of Italians. And i do recall the famous "No Irish need apply" signs that were common in this country for decades. Every race that got here was discriminated against when they first got here. However, blacks use this past discrimination to justify there pathetic social standing. The Irish have been here for a quarter of the time the blacks have, and they are doing fine these days. So are the Jews. So is practically everyone for that matter. These people have been here for way longer and still haven't got there shit straight? Why don't they just admit it has nothing to do with external factors, bite the bullet, and admit on a whole that their race on a whole is a bunch of lazy criminials. Ohh wait, i forgot. No one is accountable for their own actions these days.

why is it only a misdemeanor anyway? everyone says 'misdemeanor charges of murder were dropped'.

possession of xanax w/o a prescription is a felony here. that doesn't make sense.
manslaughter due to recklessness is a felony in most states. why would it be a misdemeanor in ohio.
