Cialis Question

I took a 20mg tab of Cialis two days ago and last night I started getting some really bad pain in my lower back region where the kidneys are. This morning I woke up and the pain was still there so I took some tylenol and the pain has subsided quite a bit. My quetion is what are the side effects to this drug? Does it mess with your kidneys?

BTW, the pill took untill the next day to work but when it finally did my dick would just not go limp to the point where I wouldn't go to the gym in fear of embarassment.

It shouldnt effect your kidneys to the point where it would put you in that much pain. Nautica is probably right, maybe your unstoppable erection had something to do with that.
