Is YES allow permanent fat loss to the chin? If so, why wouldn't this have hit the market mainstream. People pay 3K for lipo and have to be put under the knife. I'm just no sure about this YES.

as permanent as any fat loss. ie if the conditions that caused the fat to accumulate still exist the fat will return.

hitting the mainstream market is about advertising and promotion, not effectiveness.

you dont have to have a calorie deficit for lipo to work (for some procedures you have to gain weight- especially for "finer area sculpting" and it does remove the fat cells.

agree. reducing sodium can help, significantly in some cases with bloat.

I hear ya! i look like a fat guy without some kind of estrogen blocker, but a few weeks or so, after cycle u will lean out in the face
