Chunky 1,4 ??? what the devil??

ok gents.. i have this friend who has some 1,4.. and he says that his 1,4 is all chunky.. kinda like sugar that got wet.. and he also said that it does have some watery substance in it as well..

so what he's wonderin.. is...

1. is it supposed to be that way?

2. how the hell does he get it to where it's drinkable.. in a good ole liquid state, where all the ingredients are evenly distributed? heat it? add water?

alright.. i think that's all he wanted me to ask.

heat it and then let it sit at room temp.
it works for me
it is less powerful though
any thoughts?

Dont heat it.....

Put the bottle of 1,4 in a bath of very warm water. The crystals and chunks should dissolve from this and it wont lose its potency

thanks guys..

found out that 1,4 freezes at 65 F... and like mark said.. my friend should just run it under warm water until it liquifies.
