Obsticle couse on saturday, sunday was leg workout, monday was 5km run, today was foot ball, my legs HURT TO MUCH, the joints and bones are crying, I can't wait for my body to get in tune with the new weight.

It's almost a good feeling, because I know they are geting stronger, but it's a very odd feeling to be too heavy for your bones and joints
