Chris Cook On TLC Last Night

Anybody else get to check out that bodybuilding show that they showed on TLC last night featuring Chris Cook and a female competitor by the name of Ali, I believe? I thought it was actually a pretty interesting look at bodybuilding and especially the competition side of it. Didn't even really knock it too much, but described it as an art and like any other sport that takes serious time and dedication. Pretty cool!

Yes I watched this whole thing. And did you keep watching? Because after that was a special on Venice Beach and all the body builders down there. The Chris Cook thing though was VERY interesting. I wish I had taped it. It was cool too because my girl watched the whole thing with me and it really answered a lot of questions she had about everything.

I loved where his trainer said you can take all the drugs you want but without proper training and diet you wont change your body.

I really like this show especially after they added that part.

I checked it out, surprised at how much attention/publicity chris cook is getting from his win at the USA's. he's also on the cover of this month's flex...not too many appear on the cover w/o a pro card.
