thanks X you might be able to help me bro im putting together a meal plan that I can run pretty much yr round I need to be somewhere right in between no carb and high carb I tend to loose muscle easy on ckd and I put to much fat on with high carbs. any suggestions will help thanks alot

I like the idea of somewhere between no carbs and high carbs, lol... Ok, let's give this a shot....
I would recommend doing 40% protein/20-30% carbs/30-40% fat meaning if you do 40% protein/20%carbs/(you need)40%fat, otherwise if you do 40% protein/30%carbs/ (you need)30% fat.
