Choosing creatine

I would like to start adding creatine to my workout. I was doing some research on it and it does look promising.

I'm not really sure where to start when choosing but I guess I should look at information such as the price per gram and the amount of servings/grams per serving.

I know there will probably be many different responses to this question but what are some good creatine products? At the moment I am leaning towards the Bioplex Creatine monohydrate.

That's a good brand, you can get shitty creatine, but I think all in all most Mono's do about the same, stay away from the liquid or tab form creatine,I've heard from quite a few that go that route, they gained nothing, then they went to mono and gained. :)

Check your PM's.

I'd stay away from the flashy, overpriced creatine products such as the effervescents etc... Stick to a basic monohydrate from a known brand. I use EAS phosphagen. Pretty simple stuff, inexpensive.

LOL...anyone remember when creatine first came out and cost five times as much as it does now??

go to dpsnutrition.com they have a ton of creatine items there for cheap. make sure you get mircronized. they are starting to say that the micronized creatines transport to muscle faster than regular monohydrate.

Right-o on the liquid/tabs. Shop online, avoid GNC at all costs.

Prolab and AST creapure
