current stats, 195lbs at 6ft 13%bf, i want to get to 195lbs at 9-10%bf
i ahve 15 sust amps left, and 30mg ldex

i only have access to eca, and i have lots of it....

option #1

sust wks 4-10 500mgs wk(7 weeks total)
ldex 0.5mg ed
3000cals a day, 250 protien
cardio 4 days a wk 30min ses on empty stomach

option #2

wks 4-8 750mgs sust wk(5 weeks total)
ldex 0.5 mg ed
2500cals a day, 200-250 protien
cardio 5 sessions a wk 30mins a session in morning with eca and protien shake

what do you guys think will be more effective?

I think that you should first lose the fat with just cardio and ECA. It should take you about 5-6 weeks with a proper diet low carbo, high protein and high Unsaturated fats. Then use 250-400mg test per week for 8 weeks to gain your muscle.

well im on now so im gonna do it with the test, any sugestions?

Then keep using the test and reduce calories (mainly through carbs). Just make sure to get carbs in the morning and after a workout. Other than that, try to avoid them.

Cardio, high reps in the gym, and intensity will do the rest.
