I just recently had blood work and eevrything was fine except my cholesterol . It was 252 up from 200 in Jan. and my hdl is 21 down from 40 in jan . Doc recommended I watch my diet which I thought I was doing excellent on . I am in week 5 of my decca /sust cycle , and just added liquidex and 50 mg winny . My liver values were fine he said . He recommended retesting in 6 months . Is it normal for AS to fuck with your cholesterol ? Or is it my diet ?All I eat is chicken chicken chicken , Lots of veggies and 3 protien drinks a day . I have not been good with the 2 gallons of water a day though , thats tough!
