I just recently got my annual check up and labwork and my LDL was a low 75 which is good, but my HDL was also low at 33. I train 5 days a week and stay pretty active, keep my fat intake low (but definitely get my omega 3's in) and I quit smoking over a year ago. What else can I do to increase my HDL to a more desirable level?
