Just got some bad blood work on tren/winny 291 total.

What can I expect after i get off, I am usually arouind 170 - 190 anyone have any first hand expirience with a high cholestrol while on and what happens when you get cleaned out?

Or does it stay up now?

anyone who has blood tests done I would love to hear from you about now...

Any help appreciated

what's your c-reactive protein level? if your hdl is low get on a good garlic supp. but no, cholesterol does not bounce back over night. eat right; monounsaturated fats, fish oil, raw green vegetables, prevent excessive blood sugar levels and keep training and you'll stay healthy.

yah bro, that just happens with gear. 40 knows a lot about the blood test stuff. It will regulate again but takes like 6 months. I know, I get my blood done every 4 and my doc knows why.

I am lucky I guess. I have repeatly posted my cholesterol/liver and other values in over the past couple of years. My lipid profile ranges from poor to just plain shitty while on a cycle but they recover very quickly to the good range. I went HDL/LDL/TOT of 34/166/258 to 65/123/189 in about 40dy after my last two cycles.

What works for me really well is GLA 3 grams in the mornings, A few hours later CLA 3 grams with a meal, CLA 3 grams two more times during the day with meals. 3 grams GLA before bed. I also eat oatmeal a few times a week and low fat suger free yogurt often. I eat a lot of baked or poached cod and salmon as well.
I eat a ton of red meat and eggs which I would not suggest in your case, but my total chol was 107 and triglycerides were only 50 a few months ago.:) Good luck bro.

On my stack, I just reported on here in a recent thread that my count was 547 and my good colorestorol was undetectable. had to go off all the juice until my numbers recover. :( Alan.

Wow, your Total to HDL ratio is 10. That's pretty high. What was your LDL? The LDL to HDL ratio shouldn't exceed 3, but I can never maintain that level on a cycle.

I tend to go from LDL to HDL ratio of 1.9 pre-cycle to 5ish mid-cycle and a total to HDL ratio of 3ish to 7ish. Once you get above a LDL:HDL of 4 and a tot:HDL of 5 your chances of problems start to increase dramactically but my understanding is that they don't happen overnight you need to have an unhealthy lipid profile for a while before you end up in a CCU. Thus, I have kinda shrugged off my shitty 8wk profiles as I know I have a consistently good profile off cycle and tend to recover to a good profile very rapidly post cycle. I do have a very good diet, though, viturally no simple carbs ever, pounds of baked fish each week, rarely red meats, lots of mono-unsaturated fats very little saturated fat at all. Not sure if my reasoning is sound or just wishful thinking. Time will tell.

As for C-Reactive protien. It is a seperate test, and not on the regular lipid profile test you just took.

indeed.

MoBigsley, c-reactive protein will be a much better indicator of your cv health as far as risk for heart attack or stroke than a lipid profile will ever. follow the advice on here and your lipid numbers should eventually normalize, diet is really key. in the mean time, look into something called "nattokinase." just do a serach on the net.

YOu picked the two worst for cholesterol. Drop one or the other.

Also, Primrose oil, Olive oil, garlic and Apple pectin.
