Cholesterol control: Red Rice Yeast

There is an OTC supplement called Red Rice Yeast that helps control the synthesis of bad cholesterol (LDL). Has anyone ever tried this? Would this inhibit the effectiveness of steroids since they use cholesterol as a medium?

i'm sure that is has been shown in studies that it can help reduce cholesterol (low density) readings...but my guess is that its not gonna work with everyone or they would prescribe it to people with cholesterol problems. you can use it i doubt it will seriously affect your results with AS
