YES and I love him!!

I was in a car accident a few years back (hit and run) and it messed me up pretty bad. I have to go every few weeks now but I was there 3x a week in the beginning. I will be going to one for the rest of my life

same with my sis, she had to go 3 x a week now just for adjustments. She feels great.
This is all such good news

i go twice a week

once for my back and once for my knee..

they get expensive if you go every week i pay 60 bucks a session. But its really depends on you.

Sometimes if im good with my stretching and icing down the inflamation and stuff i dont really need to go. but others day like yesterday i totatlly locked up and had to go.

I was very skeptical at first. My wife kept trying to get me to go for a nagging neck injury. I finally did and man was it worth it. I don't think they're a cure all for everyting but in most cases they're great IMO.

ok so get this....guy I work with gives me his Chiro's name. I google him and what comes up? A lupus web site of a women in my city who has seen him and she says he changed her life!!!!!!!!

Greatest single invention EVER. Most (if not all) ART certified docs are chiro's. But ART specifically is not an "adjust my back" kinda practice. ART single handedly helped me get over an RC partial tear. Hurts like a bitch (ART mostly involved deep tissue work with some odd extremity stretching), but is WELL worth it.

Chiro's are alright, but you should probably find out what specifically is ailing you and then figure out the proper corrective path.

its my back i have a disk issue in it so thats what i do its art for like 20 minues they press, stretching and stuff its pretty decent
