Hi folks, new to the board and needed some advice/help. Just came across some chinese armour t3 16.3, and tried researching it but got conflicting info. It was my understanding that it was just straight t3 and i planned on running it side by side with clen, but also read it a t3 t4 mix, in which case i'm assuming not to run clen with it. Can anyone shed some light on this for me, ie;dosing ect. My plan was to run t3 for 4-6 weeks and run the clen in 2 week staggers going up to around 80-100 while using Sustanon/eq to avoid losing muscle. Sorry to have questions day one on the board, but I'm used to the old 50mcg/t3 Thanks

Mix of T3/T4 or not, whats it matter? If you have to take clen and any thyroid hormone to lose fat you have bigger fish to fry.

Yes, I know. But unfortunately at 46 years old my body is stubborn as hell, and diet/cardio simply dont get me where i want to be.

Thats because your likely halide toxic and iodine/selenium deficient (among many other nutrients im sure) so you thyroid (and likely adrenals) are in slow motion....yes, even if labs show in "in range".

Im mid 40's myself, stubborn fat that no diet or workout would get rid of. Since shoring up my nutritional deficiencies fat is melting off with no other changes in diet/workout.

If you cant lose it without taking clen/T3 then your not going to keep it off so instead of ignoring the problem by taking a temporary shortcut, simply fix the problem.

Thank you for the response, do you have any suggestions as to how I would go about fixing this problem? What type of testing would show me if I was halide toxic or deficient in iodine/selenium? And how could i go fixing this? Thanks again

If you are considering seeing a regular MD for tests, dont waste your time. They dont have the testing capabilities to help and most dont have the education to be of any help in any situation other than acute deficiency that has resulted in a very obvious disease.

Id recommend getting some lugols 5% solution from amazon/ebay or make your own. Then do the spot test which is really just a couple drops on the inside of yoru arm to see how fast it gets absorbed. The faster its absorbed the more deficient you are. This is a real crude and not totally reliable but then again you have symptoms of sluggish thyroid so even if that test isnt conclusive your symptoms are.

There are a few books on the subject or just google around a bit for "iodine and thyroid" but keep in mind its a complex subject and you need to do some homework.

If you really want to see how toxic/deficient you are google "iodine loading test" and you can get a more accurate test done.

The short version is take 50mg a day of lugols 5% solution with about 400mcg of selenium. Take that for 6 to 12 months and then if you want you can cut back down to 12 to 25mgs a day. Lugols is cheap, even cheaper to make yourself so staying at 50mg shouldnt be cost prohibitive.

There are a whole slew of other nutrients you should take for the best results as well.

Thanks very much for the information, much appreciated. I'm gonna look into it and see what I can do. On a side note, any input on the Armour chinese t3?
