They said last night they have had the names of these individuals for about 48 hours and were checking into them. MSNBC had a lot more information but was not releasing it because they were asked not to. Leave it to the public to actually find the car.
I don't think these guys actually knew their names, pictures, car description and license plate had been plastered all over the media. If they had not made contact with the police, I do not think they would have been caught anytime soon. They helped the police catch themselves.

moose did a great job... he played the sniper's like a fiddle.. he got them to give up enough info about themselves, that the cops did not even have to find them
