no i dont think they have a more tendency to be whorish. I had a lot of guy friends in highschool and didnt have any intensions of sleeping with them/ I guess some girls could be that way. But not all of them.

attention seekers, half the guys she's friends with wanna fuck her...
the guy friends are extremely submissive around em because they will do anything to her
more attention + more power = 1 happy attn whore
 
Call me crazy but I tend to choose my friends by qualities other than their physical attributes.

Although I have had friends of both genders that qualify, guys are waaaaaaay less complicated and less catty than girls. Less drama/less bullshit.

Now I have a pretty even mix of both guy and girlfriends and when I say FRIEND, that is exactly what I mean. Friend = no sex whatsoever.
 
I have only a tiny hanfdul of female friends. Over the years 99% of the female friends I've had have ripped my heart out and now I have a hell of a time letting myself be close to women. Guys have hurt me in relationships but I've never had a male friend completely betray me out of the blue.

Thus most of my friends are male. I don't think that makes me whorish....especially since I've never slept with any of them, I'm married, and my husband is 100% fine with it.
 
My ex-girlfriend has a lot of guy friends, probably 50/50 mix between male and female. Some she has had sex with, she tries to stay "friends" with ex's.However, the most pathetic guy creature is the one who has never even kissed her but has offered to marry her and raise her kids. He also constantly invites her to weekend getaways and comes over to cuddle with her when she's feeling really depressed, he has a live in girlfriend. Yet, she's still surprised that he tries to always take their relationship beyond "friendhip." It's also not surprising he never has anything positive to say about anyone she is dating, yet she "trusts" his advice. Sometimes it's amazing how women can choose to ignore the fact their guy friends are almost never just friends unless they are gay, already have someone hotter, or find them unattractive.
 
Had alot of guy friends in school... I think nothing wrong with it. There was no sexual attraction (on my part, can't speak for any of them) We just got along better.

I was never into try to compete for anything.. I had more of a don't give a shit attitude back then than I do now. So NO it wasn't becasue I was an attention whore or to competetive to deal with females.. I had plenty of Fem friend too.

I can't stand bitchy whiney girls... and honestly most teenage chicks up till late 20's are bitchy and whiney.. hell I know some 30 yr olds that are that way.

Went to a girls night out with a chick from the office, talk about TORTURE! Sitting there with 6 Females bitching about this or that or bragging about this or that ... OMG ..... gimme BWW's A plate of hotwings.. Football on the Tube and A guiness... I'll take loud abnoxious Grunting men over that shit anyday!

I have no guy friends. I tried to aquire a few, but it never seems to work out very well.

My 3 close female friends are amazing though, I can't say enough about what awesome people they are, they're like family.
 
I don't think so. My FB has mostly guy friends and she doesn't bed hop....she's just a tomboy/geek. She has women friends too.
 
Thanks for all the insight ladies. I guess the consensus is that it all depends on the girls personality but it is deffinetly possible for them to just be friends...on their part anyways.

Guys can't be friends with an attractive female. They're always going to be thinking about bedding her regardless of what the may say. They'd jump at the chance if she let them every single time. As for the female, probably enjoys the attention that comes with having male 'friends' without the relationship stuff.
 
From my experience, chicks with a lot of male friends usually are sleeping with one or two of them behind their b/f's back.

Rhiannon, one of my now-deceased associates, used to have a lot of male friends. She'd always chalk it up to the common "men aren't catty like women", but I always knew something was up.

It wasn't until she asked a few of us to rip out her intestines while she was still alive that I began to figure it out.

It's not because women have sexual desires that they keep a male harem of sorts, but rather that men are better equipped to eviscerate with their bare hands than are their female counterparts.
 
i dont know if I could ever really date a woman who had TONS of guy friends. Especially if she was close to some of them, and if they were attractive and successful.

I would feel like there is too much competition. At any moment she could decide that one of her friends would make a better mate than me.

Much better to date a girl who doesnt get out much. then you are her only option. :)
-she'd be easier to obtain in the first place, and also that fear of her leaving you wouldnt be as strong.

I was best friends with my brother during high school we had all they same close friends, i hung out with 7 or 8 guys everyday. I was the only girl most the time. They were my best friends I NEVER DID ANYTHING WITH NE OF THEM. But I do think some girls are attention whores and some r sluts.....depends on the person. Those girls usually skip around friends a lot. (once the deeds are done)
 
Just like Chris Rock said, "Women, if a guy is your friend...he's not actually 'your friend", you's just somebody he aint fucked yet" (not in those exact words). I obviously dont believe this entire, but for a lot of males, having female friends are potential women to bone. With women, i definitely believe that them having an abundance of male friends just means they want no hassel-drama free friendships with all the attention they can get because they know they can get it easily from guys.

Ive known most of them since elementary school or b4..... Guys are less drama and more fun, I've been a tom-boy since i was little. The neighboorhood I grew up n I hung out with my bro, there was no girls and ran around with him and the boys. He was protective as hell. Skateboarding, biking, ran around and caused trouble really. Dont get me wrong tho I hang out with a lot of girls too.
 
I think it does boil down to the fact a woman with a lot of guy friends, who all want to bang her, gets all the benefits of having a boyfriend without any of the responsibilities.

Any guy who is friends with a girl wants to sleep with her. Pretty simple.

Just keep that in mind ladies. I'm suprised how many women don't realize this (not women on here, women I know IRL)

Good call... I always question a man who is friends mainly with women. Usually they are girly fags, or they are the type of guy who would stab you in the back at a moments notice.

I suspect these women have some similar deficiency. Most likely they are complete whores and don't have girlfriends because they fucked their girlfriends boyfriends or potential boy friends.

Which is why I don't have female friends. I have quite a few acquaintances but not a single woman I care to just call up and chat with on a bi-weekly or weekly basis. I talk to my male friend son a daily basis.
 
I used to have alot of male friends.. but as u get odler u realize.. they don't.. for the most part.. just wanan be your friends.. :worried:

My ex realizes this but I think the benefits of having guys to buy her drinks, change her oil, and pick her son up from school while not having any girlfriend responsibilities is too lucrative to pass up. I don't blame her, it's the guys that are pathetic.

That is so true about guys wanting more than a friendship and I hate it especially when I make it quite clear that I only see them as a brother nothing more. The best part about having a male friend is that I can make rude jokes at their expense and vice versa and they/I will not get offended.

I have always had more guy friends than girlfriends for the simple fact that I was able to discuss issues with them which I could not with my girlfriends. For example I can only discuss cooking, shopping and children for a limited amount of time. Unfortunatly my cooking is very simplistic, shopping I do alone and I don't have children and for the moment I don't intend on expanding on any of them.

And whoever said that women are whores for having male friends is wrong.
 
Most of the women I know that have a lot of guy friends do tend to be attention whores. Which is different from a conventional whore, they are very picky about which guy friends actually get to share their vagina. Once again, I blame the guys for being taken advantage of by the woman and continuing to hope for a relationship. The guys who get to share the vagina tend to be happy with the situation.
