if they do, the amount is negligible. Most hormones are not carried over in the digestion process

I've heard about the phyto-estrogens as well.. but i guess prefer it over tuna's mercury. or just eat powders all day long..lol

Rumors in my country show that because of this estrogen related food, chicks are getting bigger at earlier days ... maybe that`s why 13- 14 year old chicks just look so fucking big nowdays

Ok, what does that mean? I've heard that Cows are injected with certain steroids to stimulate quick muscle growth, I'm sure that's another damn urban legend, but even if that was true...Will you be affected directly being that hormones die with the source?? Even as strong as bacteria is, it also dies through cooking!!!

There seems to be some evidence to the contrary. My biology teacher last semester, convinced me that humans are consuming way to many natural hormones and antibiotics from the chicken and cattle.

THats why we now nave 13 year old boys growing breasts and young girls getting their period five years early. I'm gonna research this a bit more and post the results. Should be interesting.

Goddamnit!!! So what do I eat? Beef and protein powder. At least beef has EQ or Tren in it. LOL But stll...the heat from cooking might kill it.
