decent protein...but at least 500 mgs of sodium and a decent amount of fat.... If u have to eat fast food its a decent choice. But try not to make it a staple of your diet.

They are loaded with sodium - it was so salty I almost couldn't eat it- no joke...try one. I'm sure there not loaded with fat being that it is chicken breast but, if your looking for and alternative that's still healthy and tasty...get the bbq chicken sandwhich from Carls Jr. way better tasting, served on a whole wheat bun.
