Any body eat chicken thighs out there? I usually eat 6-8 thighs per day (skinles, fat trimmed), shake&Bake on a broiler with 2 cans of tuna combined with less than 100grams of carbs (low GI) like apples, whole wheat pita bread, oatmeal etc. Is this too much fat, i am trying to get leaner, it seems to be working....i dont really want to go into ketosis, it is too difficult to stay in. I also alow one cheat day per week, i would guess my total calorie intake at 2200 perday i am 5'9 190.....any thoughts?
