Chicken Protein

important point....pull the skin off before you cook it!! if you cook with the fat on the chicken, the meat will absorb the fat, keeping it nice, moist , and very tasty, but bas for the mid section!!

meijer, gordons, tyson's...they all sell skinless, boneless chicken breasts!! They are wonderful...if you want even lowe fat, buy the breast tenders, .5 grms of fat per serving, and 22 grams of protein...;)
 
Yup, those Tyson chicken tenders are awsome. I've been on those ed for the past month. If you tend to get sick of regular old chicken breats ed like i do, try out those chicken tenders. Taste great, relatively cheap(i buy them on sale in quanity) and they have just as much protein, if not more.
