Chicken Help!!!!

Ok everyone share the best way to season and more importantly prepare your chicken breasts! Im getting sick and tired of eating chicken, and it seems I keep cooking it more and more dry...nasty! So what are you prepartory secrets, and awesome seasonings!? Thanks!

One of my new favorites is to put Fat Free Italian Salad dressing all over the chicken. Then Cover the chicken with slices of tomatoes and sprinkle some of that canned parmesian cheese on them. Bake it at 350. Makes a good moist chicken breast.

Fat free dressings are great with chicken. Mustard is good. Salsa is good. Mrs. Dash is nice. Put some soy sauce and red wine vinegar is a dish and dip each bite of chicken in that, it is pretty good, and when you are dieting it is amazing and will prevent the classic "dry chicken" syndrome. good luck.

Chicken helper is good, also try melting pepperjack cheese over the top of the chicken breasts, and then add salsa to it.

1. saute chicken breast. When brown, add white wine, lemon juice and thyme and cover simmering for a little bit.

2. saute chicken breast. When brown, add a shitload of green salsa and some fat-free shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and simmer for a while.

3. add cream of mushroom soup.

4. make fajitas using peppers and packaged seasoning.

Chicken Recipe

When I found this recipe I thought it was perfect for people, like me, who just are not sure how to tell when poultry is cooked thoroughly but not dried out.

Give this a try.

BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN

6-7 lb. chicken
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing
1 cup uncooked popcorn
salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven. Listen for popping sounds. When the chicken's ass blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it's done.

And, you thought I couldn't cook.

great chicken

thejoe_l's wife here!!

My niece calls this, "Aunt Pok Chop's Cheese Skin Chicken"

Use as many skinless chicken breasts as you can fit in an oven-safe casserole (4-6). Cover each breast with a slice of either fat-free mozzarella or swiss cheese. Pour over one can of pre-seasoned Italian diced tomatoes. Throw it in a hot oven (375) for about 40 minutes. Check to be sure chicken juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Leave it sit for 5 minutes before you serve, this will keep the chicken juicy.

This dish is great served with steamed rice. Enjoy.

bake your chicken and season it with lemon and serve it with some chopped potatoes. Oh yeah!!!

Don't grill it... when you bake it it comes out more moist
