Chewing your clen?

Hey i started my clen today and i was wondering if you guys chewed it at all, i chewed one and swallowed one this morning and was wondering if you guys chew them ever, if its more effective or if its just a waste?

When I did CLEN a few months back I just swallowed em. The spiropent ones I had seemed to disolve easily so I guess it could be absorbed that way. Not sure if its any better/worse to do this... any 1 else???

I always chew up my clen... It may help absorbtion, but the difference is probably neglegable.
