Chew, swallow, or dissolve under tounge?

Ive heard mixed reviews on best way to take ip winny tabs.
Whats the real breakdown?

If it's IP you may want to let dissolve under tongue. His pills are pretty hard. But I don't think it matters all that much in the long run.
