Chew or Swallow

I know that with the winny you should either chew or hold under your tongue until it disolves, but do you do the same for dbol or just swallow it?

If you hold your Dbol in your tongue until it disolves you can lose 1gr of the tab in your mouth.....just swallos!!!

he is using IP dbol. chew them up for sure. CHEW THEM. And javolic, you dont lose anything letting it absorb. absorbtion begins in the mouth. trust me
