Still trying to work around my fucked up shoulder, my tendonitis is getting a little better tho so it's not all bad.
Incline DB press 115's 6,6,5+1 'spot'.
Flyes 45's 2 sets of 15.
Dips + 150 3 sets of 5.
The only lift that didnt bother my shoulder. My elbow complained a little on the last couple of sets however.
Pressdowns 2 sets, hammer curls 2 sets.
Rotator work.
