IVE BEEN LIFTING FOR A WHILE AND EVERY FEW MONTHS I SEEM TO GET RUPTURES IN MY CHEST RIGHT NEAR WHERE MY ANTERIOR DELT AND PEC MAJOR CONNECT. I DONT WANNA SAY THAT THEY ARE TEARS CAUSE IM BACK IN LIKE 2 WEEKS. BUIT THESE THINGS ARE VERY FREQUENT. ITS LIKE I RIP MY CHEST. DOES ANYONE EVER GET THIS AND DO YOU KNOW HOW YOU CAN STOP IT FROM HAPPENING.
