IVE BEEN LIFTING FOR A WHILE AND EVERY FEW MONTHS I SEEM TO GET RUPTURES IN MY CHEST RIGHT NEAR WHERE MY ANTERIOR DELT AND PEC MAJOR CONNECT. I DONT WANNA SAY THAT THEY ARE TEARS CAUSE IM BACK IN LIKE 2 WEEKS. BUIT THESE THINGS ARE VERY FREQUENT. ITS LIKE I RIP MY CHEST. DOES ANYONE EVER GET THIS AND DO YOU KNOW HOW YOU CAN STOP IT FROM HAPPENING.
 
Have u ever juiced? I bet some good dbol would heal that muscle.
 
ive been on dbol for 4 weeks now and just this week i hurt it againbut im guessin on dbol ill ba back next week, its just my bech really suffers from this weak link in the motion.
 
What you're feeling is a tendon strain it sounds. I used to get that until eventually I didn't take a break that I needed and ended up tearing my pec tendon right off.
Take it from me, don't take advantage of your rest time. If you feel a pain take a good 1-2 weeks off.
Believe me, it's my biggest regret in my life right now that I didn't take time off when I should have.
 
It sounds like slight tendon tears or stretched or loose tendons. Take a little time off, It sucks I know. I'm taking a little time off from popping my right clavicle during heavy military presses. Luckly I think I just popped the joint in which the clavicle attaches to the sternum. I also Havent done triceps in a month due to medial epicondylitis in my right tricep.

I'd say get some GH if you can and use that for recovery/regeneration.

If not I'd get some glucosamine/condriotin/MSM to help regenerate and protect your connective tissue and joints.
 
or try pre-exhausting your chest by doing a few sets of flys before you hit bench. That way you'll still hit your chest but won't have to go as heavy on the bench.
