Chest! Question/advice

Okay so, looking to get a bit of knowledge out of you guys.

I work out chest twice a week, always have, I love the workouts.

I have been in aggressive training last 2 years, and a good diet last 1 year.

Okay so the question is, when I flex my chest it is hard/firm, but when I don't it is super flabby. For say, if I lift my arm about shoulder height, my chest doesn't stay round, it like loops, if That makes sense. Is this normal? If so why is it still like this? After 1 year of solid diet, and 2 years aggressive training? Seems to be a bit weird to m3 open of advice!

Everyones muscles get hard when they flex. Ive never seen anyone have hard muscles not flexing. they may look hard, but they arent.
 
You may have leftover gyno from puberty, I know I have some and I've never taken any sort of Anabolic. So it's definitely possible. Weird question... But are you nipples puffy? Lol

Yeah, honestly I think I have had a little sense Puberty, because my right nipple gland has always been bigger then my left, and yes, they are puffy =\
But I'm currently taking 12.5 stane ED to get the effects to down, but I may be gyno prone =\

It's probly that, I've got it too bro bro. I've heard letro kills gyno, but Ive never used it before. Looking into it though.

Also maybe I should do some more aggressive upper chest workout to lift my chest...
Got any good extreme ones in mind?

Ya man from your pic looks like you have a bit of gyno if it still bothers you on needtobuildmuscle or CK there the experts here on gyno but you'll have to get on letro and start it at .5 and greater everyday till you get to 2.5 mg everyday then stay on that dose till gyno is gone then once it's gone stay on it for a week at that dose then decrease by .5 everyday till your back at zero then stay on some adex or liquid stane at a low dose for a few weeks to stop from estrogen rebound

Well see if this works otherwise letro will be what I get next
