today i started off benching and forgot to warm up and after my 2nd set the middle of my chest on both sides hurt really bad, so i took a 10 minute break and decided not to do anymore chest, then started doing my tricep workout. I was doing skull crushers and it didnt really hurt so i did 3 more sets. then i did a set of close grip bench and the middle of my chest hurt so bad i had to stop. did i tear something? im not sure what to do, should i just take a break?
