Lol I'd be scared to bury a 1" right there lol. I may not have enough meat lol. I don't think I'd do calves. Just seems wicked the way the explain it.
Oh and a good way to judge needle depth is you can cut the cap to length and use it as a depth guide. But then you obviously can't really cap it. But you should be able to hold steady free hand enough.

Why?
A slin pin would be too thin for the oil to past and not deep enough to be anything else but subcutaneous. But don't let that stop you.
chest is one of my favorite places to inject. just use a regular 1 inch 25G.
hit the upper center area of the chest. forget the whole collarbone nonsense, sounds like you been watching too much bostin Lloyd cause he does that for synthol injections
you want to get the oil into the muscle. if your chest is too small to inject then you shouldn't be using steroids in the first place. hit the bench press for a year or two and build that chest up

My chest will take the oil haha.. So where are you suggesting in the centre top 2-3 inches down from collar bone?
I do not pin chest but know guys that like the area. Personally I stick to glutes only when possible. I just find it easy.
Sincerely, I don't see the point in doing the injections into the calves, quads or chest unless you seriously run out of injection spots. Interestingly, chest injections are not such a big deal, and they are painless. Just aim for the meaty part of the chest when it is flexed, and go for it. I would use a regular pin, maybe a 29-31 gauge, but definitely not a 0.5 inch slin pin - that is way too tiny to push the oil through, and it won't go deep enough. Therefore, use the normal needles, and inject somewhere around the middle section of the chest. However, that also depends on the part of the chest that is developed to the best level, which is very personal. There is no need to worry about injecting yourself into the lungs of the heart - these normal needles will have an extremely hard time penetrating there.
^^^ the advantage of chest injections is you can look down and see what you are doing and use one hand to steady the needle and the other to inject vs. having to use a mirror or be twisted around like a pretzel to shoot your ass with one hand. especially if you are like me and have shorter arms, those who are European with long lanky arms will find ass injections easy

For chest injections, use a 25 or 27 gauge 1'.
Do NOT use an insulin syringe for intramuscular injections. You can very easily break the needle tip in the muscle and you will need to go to the hospital to get it removed. Insulin syringes are designed for sub q injections. Not intramuscular.
