chest fat

I have big breasts and a little stiffy nipples. It is more fat than muscle in my chest. The doctor said that it´s not gyno. What should i do to get rid of the fat in my chest? I´v been thinking about run 3-4 times/week and only eat carbs for breakfast. Should i eat alot of fruits and veggies instead of carbs?

just follow a routine for cutting, that includes a balanced diet, cardio and weight training. You cannot spot-reduce and only your body will decide when the fat will come off.

Your problem is not different to that of guys having a "spare tire", it's just that our bodies store fat in different places.

Diet and train bro, only way around it (besides the knife, of course, but wait till you have cut below 10%BF to decide if that is the way for you)

Yep, I agree with this..... once you get to a point where you can maintain, see if the fat remains, then chat with the Doc again.

Yeah, true. It could very well be gyno but there is so much adipose tissue surrounding it that it can't be diagnosed. Lose the weight and it's a helluva lot easier to tell because you can see the actual growth when your 10% or under....if it's actually gyno.

doctors mainly respond to SEVERE cases. i do not know the extent of yours, but if it a relatively mild case (which can still look pretty bad) the doctor may not treat or even acknowledge it as a problem.

agreed. I know for a fact I have a small amount under my left nipple ( I was diagnosed during puberty, it shrunk some but never completely went away ) I went to a general surgeon last year and he wouldn't acknowledge it, even though you can feel it and see the difference between my pecs when I flex

Yohimburn ES for A2 (estro fat)
aromatase inhibitor for direct E suppression
if puffyness of nipple remains- dostinex or other prolactin suppressor

The fat in the chest is GYNO and very hard to get rid of except for lipo.
Men develop that kind of gyno in when they get older (over 50) and some get from fat.
One more thing you need to consider:
The fat in the chest will promote aromatization and therefore excess test will convert to estrogen. And as you know estrogen controls fat and water retention.

My suggestion if it really bothers you is to go see a plastic surgeon and see how much would it cost to extract. Then you don't have to worry about it comming back because the fat cells will have been removed.

In any case good luck!

this is not correct (everything else was fairly on target). Gyno is really only the hard tissue growth- fat is a condition called pectoral feminization. Though they often stem from the same issue, estrogen.

Pectoral feminization will respond to A2 blockers (like yohimburn ES) and aromatase inhibitors
Gyno can respond to aromatase inhibitors, though in long existing cases it can take extended treatment.

By extended treatment are you referring to surgury?

tissue specific fatloss is quite possible, as is site specific fat gain. Manipulation of the various receptors at these site, endogenously or exogenously is not only possible its quite prevelant.

I have had major fat deposits accumulate over the last 5 years (bad lifestyle...) and have been using spot injections of GH and topical Yohimburn ES and the results have been amazing. I can now honestly say that the fat has reduced by 70/80% over a 4 week period. There is still more to go but I'm hoping with continued usage I can move most of it without surgery. One problem that I've found is that at this stage my skin elasticity is laging well behind the fat loss, is there anything I can do to make the skin retract back or will this happen through time or am I doomed to surgery.... Any help Macro, Pintoca or anyone would be appreciated.
Thanks
Ed

You must spread some Karma around before giving it to macrophage69alpha again.

Sorry that I haven´t responded, it´s because I don´t have a computer. I have ordered a computer a week ago, I hope it come soon.
I have still stiff nipples and I think I have 11-12 % bodyfat.
I haven´t done much cardio lately, because it has either been raining or being too dark. I have started to practice on a factory. When I practice or work there I get a free membership at a gym where there is a treadmill, bicykles and stairmasters. Next week I´m going to start to do cardio 1 hour 6 times a week. After a couple of weeks I maybe start to do cardio 2 times a week. If I still have bitch-tits when my bodyfat is 8 % or lower I´m going to talk to a doctor. I don´t know if I want to take time of from work to do the surgery. I maybe wait until next summer with the surgery if nothing else works.

with aromatase inhibitor do you mean like nolvadex and arimidex? Do they have any side-effects? I have read that you can get bald from Nolva.

yes they, SERMS and AI's, can have side effects, baldness is not a common side effect of nolva (though any shift in hormones can affect hair (positively or negatively))

Hello there
What you can do is do exercises fo rreducing your chest fat
One thing you can do is do pushups for 10 minutes everyday and also go for exercise like benchpress if you have access to a gym
If you have access to an incline bench press, that would be the best as increasing the size of the upper chest will diminish the appearance of the lower chest.

Will working incline make the lower half of the pecs seem less? ? ?

When i store fat it is at my nipples, pain i know, but that's the body for you, everyone is different.

My nips are puffy too, will working them on an incline help with that? ? ?

Yes I know. After I have been training my chest and doing exercises like benchpress it looks like there´s less fat in my chest.
I am going to lose a little bit more fat then I´m going to talk to a doctor before I order something like Nolva.
