chest fat vs gyno vs both?(updated with pic)

hey fellas. i've been taking letro for about a week now. most people that have posted progress from letro say that they've AT LEAST started seeing results between 3-6 days into it. i'm taking 1.25 mg ed in conjunction with my test 400 mg ew and my eq 500 mg ew cycle. i haven't seen any difference in my nipple area and i'm beginning to wonder a few things. how EXACTLY can you tell the difference between just having a little lower chest fat and having a little gyno? my nips don't hurt (they did at one time when i was cycling some over-the-counter supps. but that was a couple years ago). they are a LITTLE puffy, but my nipps have always been a little bigger, so i'm not sure if it's really gyno. the entire nipple does shrink to an average size when they get hard, but i just thought that was normal nipple action. i'm getting my body fat down pretty good. probably around 10-12% and it seems like my lower chest especially around the nipple area isn't really leaning up too much with the rest of my body. what do you bros think? should i up the letro to 2.5 mg ed or get the body fat down even more to know for sure if it's gyno. i don't really feel any lumps per-say, but i also wouldn't really know the difference between a gyno lump and a little lower chest fat. help a bro out! thanks alot fellas

no lumps behind nips? are they sensitive to touch? its just my opinion, but if not may just be extra fat if you are dropping b/f are nips getting puffier then they were b4? really cant tell with info u gave...
 
Try doing lots of flies (cable + free weights), also if you aren't already, make sure to do heavy decline and incline dumbbell presses.

Also maybe try some Yohimburn ES on the chest, and drop the BF a bit more. Sounds like stubborn fatty area not gyno.

don't really feel any definate lumps. they are not sensitive. they were a little sensitive during that over the counter cycle that i talked about, but that's it. dropping b/f, but nips aren't changing. i don't really think they're getting puffier, but the lower part of my chest definately isn't leaning out either (more around the nipple area).

yeah, i've always stayed around the db flies and cables. probably because my barbell flat bench causes some elbow issues. just started doing decline again after a couple years away from it, but i'm doing the barbell instead of the db's. guess i can switch that around. i guess it is stubborn fat. just sucks cause the six pack is starting to come in and my lower chest is kinda ruining it! haha thanks for the replies guys
 
i can pretty much guarantee that it is your bodyfat % causing the majority of the problem. Unfortunately for my nipples to look normal I have to be 10% or lower, when im above they are a little puffy, and it has nothing to do with gyno. Once you get your fat% down low enough it wont be a problem anymore. You can keep using letro but i wouldnt be upping the dose, letro wont do you any good at all if your problem is excess fat in the area
 
how long does letro take to kick in?

a trained medical professional with appropriate imaging equipment ie ultrasound.
