Chest endurance and strength

Just starting week 4 and my physique is not setting in. Todays chest work out completely blew ass. By the end of flat bench I was done, nothing left for the rest of my work out. What the hell is going on? This has never happened while on cycle. I have not been partying much if at all, although I did start a new job which had me working 12 hour shifts over the weekend. Needless to say I quit thanks to the fact that I have the luxury to be able to do that. It just seems that this cycle is lagging and not falling into place. What can I do...especially for the chest?
 
Stress from new job + change in sleeping habits =bad day at gym.I think most of us have have these days on occasion.Try to get a good nights sleep(at least 8 or 10 hrs) then hit chest again.
