cheque drops?

i was reading on one steroid site ages ago that cheque drops has massive side effects and hardly any gains. what are the sides? whats the aggression like from anyone who's tried it? and what is/was its original creation for if its that side effect heavy?

Dude that is unrealisticic. In a street fight time is over in miliseconds. You aint got the time to stack the juice pal.

My advise if you want to fight is to try JKD. With JKD you can kick anyones ass easy.
