I bought some top round sirloin cut steaks....
I first used meat tenderizer on them and for the marinade I used: Worchestor sauce, tabasco, garlic cloves.
I like to keep the flavor simplistic, yet still provide a deep rich taste.
Letting them sit overnight in the fridge........
What tweaks and changes can you suggest for the future?
I've done marinades using everything from: mustard, chili oil, teryaki, soy sauce, worchestor, red wine vinegar....

Also, wondering what tweaks and changes you can suggest for mashed potatoes.....I want something diferent form the usual, butter and milk whipped rotation......
