Add 500mg of test per week divided into two shots, and run an AI (a-dex or Letro) eod throughout cycle until PCT. Then run the novla at 40-60mg ed for three or four weeks, and you got yourself a good cycle with decent PCT and shouldn't have much bloat to speak of. If the bloat comes back, up the AI. I use .5mg of letro eod, but some use as much as 2.5 mg of letro ed. That much letro, though, is bad for your lipids and likely will kill your libido, so you have to fine-tune the dosage and dosing schedule.

hey thanks for the advice im not to worried about the libido at this point i wont be seeing the wife for another 8 months or so ive been told to use 500mg of test but the past 2 cycles have been 250 do i need to double it already ive had good gains with 250 and now this next one ill be adding the eq and win .

if your still gaining at 250mgs no need to double it. maybe do 1.5cc. = 375mg. thats what i do.
