Anyway, this guy is a buddy that just competed in the level 1 show that I want to do next year. The amazing thing, is that he is 100% blind, but waaayyy jacked. I believe he stepped on stage at 225lbs.
Anytime you start feeding yourself excuses about why you're not getting where you want to physique wize, you gotta ask yourself, are your reasons any better than his???

Even more amazing is that this guy is crazy powerful, I watched him benching easy sets with 385lbs on the bar, sets of 10 on dumbell press with the 140's, he even squats well over 400lbs for reps
