Anyway, this guy is a buddy that just competed in the level 1 show that I want to do next year. The amazing thing, is that he is 100% blind, but waaayyy jacked. I believe he stepped on stage at 225lbs.
Anytime you start feeding yourself excuses about why you're not getting where you want to physique wize, you gotta ask yourself, are your reasons any better than his???
