i don't how good this is for me, but it taste great. And, it makes feel like i'm eating the right things.

4oz of low fat milk
1/2 cup low fat ice cream
1 scoop platinum protein from ON
1 tablespoon of natural pb
1 scoop of bcaa
4 ice cubes for effect

Let me know what you think.
 
I'm no expert but I'd cut the ice cream and the ANPB.

The fat in the ANPB slows down absorption and the ice cream for obvious reasons. Maybe the ice cream is okay once in a while but not after every workout.

Sounds tasty all hell though lol.
 
Loose the pb. not fats pw. depending on the ice cream it could be a good choice. go for sugary carbs and fast digesting protien pw
