Check out my first cycle. It's a goody.

8 weeker with 3 week PCT.

1-8
Test prop- 71mg/day
Tren Acetate- 45mg/day
Winstrol- 50mg/day

9-10
Nolva 40mg/day
10-12
Nolva 20mg/day

Why the long winny? Because this is going to be only cycle for a very long time so I feel it will give my liver ample time to recover so might as well go for it. Only downside I find is that it is pretty expensive. I wish I could just be cheap and do a 300-400 cycle. This sucker is like $700.

Goals: Lots of quality mass and harness. Plan on dropping some bodyfat aswell. Or at least maintain bodyfat while gaining muscle which in turn drops your bodyfat percentage.

Stats: 5'8" 200lbs 12%bf.
 
that is a while to be on winny, get your blood tested round week 6 at least man...and get your body fat tested to cus its gonna be RIPPED
 
Sounds good. It is actually a lot like my first cycle, except I used a Tren prohormone instead of real Tren. One suggestion would be to do the Winny weeks 3-8 instead of 1-8. You won;t miss the first 2 weeks, and your liver will love you for it. One more note: you shouldn't experience estrogen sides from that dose of test, but it's always possible. You might want to have some spare Nolva on hand in case you run into sides the latter part of the cycle.
 
Once I stopped looking at your avatar... I looked at your cycle..then back at the Avatar.....anyway..time for some edumacation here... for your first cycle this is a no-no.. you don't know how your body will react to the test or to the winny or to the tren...Let alone with all 3 combined together.... IMO.. you should do a cycle of test only for 8-10 weeks... at 300mg a week... this is roughly 3 times the normal amount of testosterone that a normal man produces. Its like learning to ride a motorcycle..you don't start off on a 1100 Ninja...you start on a little 250cc dirt bike.. to see how your skills are...in this case... how your body reacts.... Trust me on this one bro... :) And more is not better....

totally agree,

500 mg/wk two inj week @ 250 mg 10-12 week cycle

this way if there are any sides your not left guessing where they are from. No need for the winny in this cycle anyways, save it for your cutting cycle. Winny can be used in a test bulking cycle, but i believe it should be used later in cycle, like finishing up last 3-4 weeks, and timing has to be just right. Not rec. for a first cycle.

Go simple and you'll be surprised at what 500 mg test will do for you on 1st one

I think even 500mg a week is too much for a first cycle... If your diet is in check, as it should be, then at 300mg a week..you should make some real good solid gains..... if the guy uses 500mg for a first cycle then of course his next cycle is 750mg a week.. that is too much for a second cycle.. the game here is a race..but to win it you must go slow and steady... :)

i've seen you post your ideas about the 300 mg starter program elswhere. I wish i had started at that point and worked up. I just let 500 be the starting point coz thats what i did, but i see the sense you make with starting with 300 mg.
