I need someone to tell me if im doing this diet right. I am trying to bulk up. I weigh 178.6
MORNING
3/60 protein shake
LUNCH
I eat at the cafe, basically anything that is eatible, meat, pasta salad.
5grams of l-glutamine, vitamins

AFTER WORK OUT
havn't done yet but going to take that xxl extreme abb drink
5 grams creatine
DINNER
same as lunch
AFTER DINNER
5 grams glutamine
can of tuna with crackers
3\60 before bed
I usually take a protein bar and some other snacks throghout the day
