I need someone to tell me if im doing this diet right. I am trying to bulk up. I weigh 178.6:)
MORNING
3/60 protein shake
LUNCH
I eat at the cafe, basically anything that is eatible, meat, pasta salad.
5grams of l-glutamine, vitamins
3\60
AFTER WORK OUT
havn't done yet but going to take that xxl extreme abb drink
5 grams creatine
DINNER
same as lunch
AFTER DINNER
5 grams glutamine
can of tuna with crackers
3\60 before bed

I usually take a protein bar and some other snacks throghout the day
 
you need some EFAs (good fats)

and if you are bulking you can eat fruits (for vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients)
 
LF cottage cheese=GOOD PROTEIN ,many will argue to lose the cottage cheese I say fuck em shit is good

Peanut Butter=I say fuck em i like this shit also,Natural kind

Oatbran=So good i eat it 3x a day (LOVE THIS CARB SOURCE MORE THAN ANY OTHER CLEAN COMPLEX CARB)

GRILLEDChicken Breast-U must master the grill to cook this shits good


Fish=Nasty i dont go near that shit except for shrimp,clams,lobster ,but hey if u like it ,eat it for good EFA

lets see what else did i foget for real food???

oh yahhhhhhhhhhh EAT YOUR VEGGIES so u can crap all day:/ and fertilize this crappy dirty earth of ours to grow more veggies:)
 
I love red meat but it gets a little expensive, expectially for a college kid. Where do I get EFAs. So your saying I shoulden't be taking my protein shakes. I am not replacing my meals with them.

flax seed oil
hemp oil
canola oil
fish oil
walnut oil
 
OK is this diet looking a little better
all I want to do is gain weight, my body fat has never been a problem so I am not really picky about what I eat. When do I take the flax seed oil and the dextrose?

1pound of chicken brest and noodles or rice

I usually take a protein bar and some other snacks throghout the day
 
brown rice has a lower GI, more fiber and more vitamins (from the B group)

you should avoid white rice unless you want an insulin spike
