eq 400mgs a week 1-10
fina 50mgs ed weeks 1-5
halo 20mgs ed weeks 5-10

this is my second cycle, looking to gain 10-15 pounds while losing 10 pounds of fat

my diet will be 2800 callories a day:

250 grams protein
300 grams carbs
80 grams fat

I am 6 foot 210 pounds at 15% bf

are my goals realistic?? and im not adding any gear that aromitizes, so dont say add test!!
 
I would eat less fat if you plan on gaining 10-15lbs as well as losing 10lbs..

I'll take my hat off to you if you can pull this off..
 
Dietary fat won't really do much for you on a cycle... That is, after your EFA needs are met (these are met by eating a can of tuna once or twice a week).

I'm not saying what you're trying to do is impossible.. I just think it's a pretty high goal...

If you are far away from you genetic limit you might be able to pull this off.. But I doubt too many vets will be able to do this.

gaining muscle while loosing fat is not just very hard, it is unrealistic. I know one can argue "when i started training i was loosing fat and betting bigger at the same time" but when you just start you will get results from any stimulus. For you purposes, the cycle and nutrition program out lined is not all out bulking or cutting, personally i would not expect much, but like Andy said if you are far from reaching your genetic potential then you might pull it off.
 
ok guys,

if I turned this into a bulking cycle , how many cals would be enough for my goals?? 15% bf is obese as far as im concerned and I dont want to get any fatter!!

No one can tell you that..You have to know your limits. I have a friend from the board who is bulking on just under 5000 cals and puting on almost no fat at all yet If I ate that much I would become a fat blob lol I find that 4000 cals and no more then 200-250 carbs a day is max for me when bulking. If you are planning to bulk then I would drop the Halo and add D-Bol in there for the first 4-5 weeks and A Testosterone ester in there through out, Enanthate or Cyp would be good choices

with some clen I think you can do a bulking and cuttin cycle dependin on how u do work on your cardio. the only thing is you will be loosing more fat then gaining muscle . at 210 lbs u might be able to put on 4 to 5 lbs of lean mass if your trainin rest and diet are up to date. However i recommend to just do a bulkin cycle only it s easier that way
