5'10 190 12'ish bodyfat.Looking to add say 20lbs lean mass.Will bulk first nine weeks and cut with prop the last 6 weeks.Frontloaded 1200mgs test and 800mgs deca in my ass last night.
Test Cyp@600mg/weekly weeks 1-9 BULK
Deca@400mg/weekly weeks 1-9 BULK
Test Prop@100mg eod weeks 9-15 CUT
Oral Masteron (IP) @50mg ed weeks 9-15 CUT
Diet:meal 1
16 egg whites
1.5 cups of oats

meal 2
10oz. chicken
8oz. sweet potato

meal 3(post training)
3 scoops whey
1 soar(110g maltodextrin)

meal 4(30 minutes later)
3 scoops Isopure MRP
55g maltodextrin

meal 5
10oz. chicken
8oz. sweet potato

meal 6
12oz. tuna
2 cups of brown rice

meal 7
7oz. salmon
6 Broccoli spears

meal 8
12oz. tuna
2 cups of brown rice

meal 9
1.5 pounds of cottage cheese



cals: 5515

pro: 543

carb: 655

fat: 65

And do you guys know if I can put the test/deca anywhere besides my ass and have it circulate just as good?My ass is pretty sore =-(.
 
if you can actually stick to that diet and eat that much daily, you will blow up, you might want to throw a little more deca in there, especially with all those calories, but other than that, the cycle looks fabulous...good luck!

everything looks good, but i would up the dose of test just a bit, say 800mg/week and add femera 2.5mg/ed, trust me on this one it will eliminate estrogen build-up and estrogen related fat gain leading to vast majority of lean mass gain
 
Thanks guys yep it is Beezers diet I found it last night.Thanks Beezer! props to ya.Yea I was expecting more than 20lbs on this diet hehe.Condiments...calorie free mustard and a lil ketchup if any.Some days Ill switch things up but basically Im gonna be eating like say 500pro 650 carb and low fat.I need variety you know.Weeks 9-15 I wanna do the prop and masteron with a huge calorie deficit/eca/and lots of cardio.Do you guys think this will affect strength or gains at all?Can I shoot it in the lats/traps?
 
Thanks waterboy yea I read that post...sounds good ill do that next monday.By the way guys Im only 190 and kinda below my nat peak so I would think 600 test 400 deca is good enough to bulk.I forgot to mention Im running liquidex .5mg eod.Im gonna run out of liquidex towards week 8 and gonna have to get some more but oh well.
 
just bumping this up..I guess you guys dont like my name or anything but I dont get much help when Im asking about anabolics =-(
 
alright the cycle looks great...definatly stick with these dosages since i know you a little better than most.

but the diet has one very very large problem. needs a lot more fat. this can easily be solved by throwing in 2-3 tbs of peanut butter 3 times a day. other than that it looks great.
