Just curious as to What you guys have for a cheat and how many times a week do you have a cheat while on a mass building cycle? Mine usually is once a week papa johns chicken pizza whole wheat crust and light sauce haha
My cheat meal varies and can encompass pretty much anything lol. A guy I know who is 42 I think, does 2-3 a week and has an amazing body, no homo lol. But he also has the rest of the week on point, whereas I'm still trying to figure mine out.
