Cheat day tomorrow!!!

I said 'screw it' & had a milkshake today. And a few days ago.. and a few days before that. Ok, I'm a major cheater. I'm never going to get anywhere with my diet goals, :( but like one of you said, it keeps ya sane. BTW: My name's Mindy, I'm new to the board. It's nice meeting all of you! :)

Luscious: rather than milkshakes, have a protein shake... if you get a good tasting protein powder (i personally like Prolab Pure Whey Chocolate, but i heard the 3/60 one they sell on this board tastes great too) add some ice, milk (i use soy), a half a banana and some peanut butter... put it in a blender and mix it up good... tastes just about as good as a milkshake and its great for you...

when you get used to dieting you'll find ways to make food that is good for you taste good... just have to be creative... and disciplined... taking the easy way out aint gonna get you where you want to get if ya know what i mean :)
